Aleyah Elizabeth Alford attends Shenandoah Middle School in Miami, Florida and is in 7th grade. She was born October 1st 1997 and is 13 years old. She loves sports. Some of her favorites include football, basketball, track and field, swimming, walking, karate, fishing, and sailing. She was the leading student in the World Fit Walk program at our school last year.
Aleyah logged in over 1,000 miles in six weeks. She gained many of her miles from walking with friends and family members. She also attended an after school basketball program. Aleyah said that her family’s encouragement inspired her to win. She is looking forward to walking again this year.
