“As an elite athlete, I’ve learned that the smallest things are EVERYTHING. Little details help fine tune technique to make me faster, strong, prevent injury. Focusing on things that seem small can be underwhelming, but rest assured they have the biggest impact. The same goes for walking! Its a small thing that you can do whenever, wherever, that will have massive impact on your present experience, mood, positive habits and overall health, now and for the future.”
