Andrea Wieland

Andrea WielandSpecializing in Business and Sport Performance, Wieland has developed a comprehensive understanding of the competitive spirit, and real life experience of how to be an inspiring leader and contributing team member.

A 1996 Olympic field hockey team member, and 2008 inductee into The University of Iowa’s Athletic Hall of Fame, Dr. Wieland is devoted to developing leaders and teams in sport, business and life. An expert in the psychology of excellence, leadership and teamwork, Andrea is passionate about helping others reach a performance-health balance.

She has worked extensively with Division I college athletes and coaches for over 18 years, as well as business leaders ranging from small business to Fortune 100 companies, teaching them systems to win.

Wieland has coached at top Division I programs such as The University of Iowa, Dartmouth College, Miami of Ohio, and assisting University of Maryland to a National Championship.

For 17 years, she has successfully owned and operated Winning Systems, Inc., a consulting and coaching firm focused on leadership and teaming development. Andrea served on the Metro Denver Health & Wellness Commission and volunteered for the Metro Denver Sports Commission. She is certified in Emergenetics, a thinking and behavioral self-assessment tool.

She holds an M.B.A. focused on leadership and organizations from the Tippie School of Business, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from The University of Iowa. Founder of Every1Fit, LLC, Andrea helps everyone be as fit, mentally sharp and nutritionally sound as possible, believing that the foundation of an amazing life starts with health. A lifelong athlete and entrepreneur, Andrea continues to train to build her mind, body and emotions for life’s games.
