I live in Lexington, Kentucky, and I go to Morton Middle School. I enjoy playing many sports, including lacrosse, basketball, baseball, and some others.
At first, I wasn’t too thrilled about the World Fit program, but as the program progressed, so did my motivation to be more active. The World Fit program is a terrific program in which students, parents, teachers, and the whole community pitch in to get their school to the top.
But, to me, World Fit was a personal inspiration to get up and get active. It helps people brighten their social life, become more active, and bring about a liveliness to the sedentary school days.
